請教，輸不了a和h

不知道動了那個鍵，現在我輸不了a和h，一動h鍵就出現搜索對話框，一動a 鍵鼠標就亂跑，在word 中一按ctrl 鍵就全選,在internet explorer 中，一按h就出現曆史紀錄，
不知哪位大蝦能指教下改設置？
