Win2000 can't talk to WinXp

I have 2 PC connect together through router to share internet and printer.
WinXP connect the printer. WinXp can ping and share the file with Win2000. but Win2000 can't ping XP or share the printr through WinXP.
I have done config as follow:
1. Turn off XP firewall.
2. Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
3. Set "Share" for printer and file in both PC.
4. Set "Start" for computer Broswer under director: My computer\manager\Services and Applications\Services\

Does anyboday can give me some hints?
