請教：如何刪除桌麵上那些討厭的

桌麵上有一些在線遊戲的快截方式，
1。 不能移動，
2。不能刪除，
3。右鍵點擊無任何反映，
4。去查毒， 人家又說“恭喜你， 沒有發現病毒”。
5。到documents and setting 的desktop 中又找不到這些icon，
6。 發現彈出廣告。
我真的是暈！剛剛看見樓下也有人碰到一樣的問題。誠心請教大家， 這是病毒？我們該怎麽辦？
