uninstall the window XP

sorry for that I can't type the chinese. I installed a illegal version windows XP and it doesn't work well, now there are two systems in my computer one is window 98 and another one is windows XP. I can't format the disk, so I wanna know how to uninstall the windows XP. Can anyone help or give me some idea? Thans a lot
