Please help! How to share file

I have two computers connected with a router. Both are running Windows XP Home. It was able to share files at "My Network Place" before. After I reinstalled the OS on one of the computer, now at "My Network Plase" I can not see the shared folder there on both computers (the computer names are different). Anyone knows how to set this up so files can be shared for both PCs. Thanks a lot!
