one is there is no black ink with the new printer.here is the catch for low price printers--you have to buy black ink whick might cost you more money than the printer itself.check out the content list on the box.
the other is you use the different language edtions between OS and printer drive. for example, your OS is Chinese edtion whereas the printer drive is English version.
