I just found out it's my laptop's problem because even when I send pictures to friends here in US by MSN messanger, the sending failed and they got the same error message.
I'm using DSL, and I tried to turn off the firewall on the router and the windows xp firewall on my laptop, it does not help. I still can't send picture by MSN messanger
