請問高手，關於Linux問題

我在我的機器PC，WinXP安裝了VMware，和Redhat10，網絡連接沒問題，但有一個問題就是Linux和Windows不能數據互訪，當然可以通過email，但此法不是正道，肯定還有別的高招，請問如何解決，多謝了。
