在XP下裝中文軟件有亂麻？

剛買了新電腦。是XP英文版Home edition.我裝了east asian packages.現在可以顯示和輸入中文。但是
裝中文軟件時，彈出的對話框裏的中文都變成了“???????”
裝完後在start菜單裏的程序名稱也是亂麻。

請問如何解決？
