Win98 Starup isnt a BootableCD

As I know [Win98 Starup]is a demo CD that tells user how to use Win98 and so on!!
But in your case, even you use the win98 CD it still wont take efettive, couse your HDD may be formated by NTFS format,and Win98 only support Fat16/32 HDD format,
as a advise, repatition your HDD and format it with fat32,but if your HDD is over 120GB, and you are a CAINIAO, better call a technician to do it!!
