1) Do not use "NanJiXin",
2) Remove your installed Dreamweaver,
3) Follow these steps to install: Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Advanced > Select "Chinese (PRC)" as matching language > OK > Restart your Computer. You are all set for installing your Chinese Dreamveaver.
