NEED HELP!!!

本個有一個SOYO PI485PE的主板.在裝完CPU,MEMORY和VIDEO CARD後,CPU風扇隻是轉幾秒鍾,就停了.CPU,MEMORY和VIDEO CARD完全符合主板要求.請哪位賜教!!! 如何解決?
