有問題求教這裏的高手

My OS is English Windown XP Home. When I use NetTransport to download some files with Chinese file names, it created > 100 folder/subfolders. In windows explore I can see only a folder icon there, and the name of the folders looks like several SPACEs (empty). Windown Explore does not allow to delete them and saying can't find source, etc.

Do I have to install Chinese Windows OS in order to remove those > 100 folders?

Maybe I got some adwares in my machine?
