With MSI mobo, you can use 2 SATA 120GB HDs to setup a raid 0 with total capacity of 240GB, and another EIDE 250GB as miror for backup. But again they would generate a lot of nosie and heat, and consume a lot of power, so you need big PSU and couple big case fans. Accordig to the people focusing on quiet PC, Samsung has the quietest and coolest HDs.
