一用route www.wenxuecity.com就打不開

一用route www.wenxuecity.com 就打不開, 但是，wenxuecity.com 可以打開。在文學城裏所有帶www的網頁都打不開。
係統是 win xp 。
windows 和router的防火牆都已經關閉.
