2. support short cut, i.e. shift+c is compose
3. can be catagorized by titles.
4. superb spam filter
5. has gmail notifier
6. automatic contact gathering
7. plus it's 1GB, doesn't matter who has it, google started it
8. It's by google
9. Not everyone has it, when it started, it was sold on ebay for $90
10. did I mention it's by google??????
