優:
Very nice design, user friendly. All you have to do is press the power button. Everything designed by Mac is very very stylish. Also they use firewire a lot, which is very nice feature. Built in airport wireless. Unix based system. If you want, bring up a terminal, run things from there. Recently, Microsoft came out with VirtuaPC 7, which emulate XP and it even has SP2 with it. If you want to check how much power your laptop battery has, just turn the laptop around and press the button and you'll see. So you don't have to turn it on. Very simple packing, stylish!!! I want to buy one too.

劣:
There are so many bad about it. It is very hard to support. Some of the Mac problems are so complicate. You need a lot of software to fix your Mac problem. The most common problem I know is harddrive failure. You need Norton Disk Utility, DiskWarrior to keep it alive. Also there are about 200 Key combos you have to remember. there's Zap the PRAM, most common one. You have to press Ctrl+ALT+P+R, damn, how many fingers do you have?? Mac doesn't have a fix-it-right-away support. You can't have an on-site peolpe to help you with fixing it. You have to mail it to apple to fix anything. Mac laptops can't use "tap" as clicks, also only one button....sucks :)
