need help

最近幾天，從升級xp server pack2之後吧，機器遇到一個問題，當打開一個realone文件時，係統總出現這個錯誤：“explore.exe application erron

the instruction at "ox01b33397" referenced memory at "0x00000000", the memory could not be written.
click on OK to terminate the program
click on CANCEL to debug the program

請教各位老大，是什麽造成這個問題，我該如何處理？多謝
