It happens to me too

I tried very hard to setup my own wireless home network between my laptop and desktop. However, I have never had sucessed becuase of my 鄰居的 wireless always interfer my network. My laptop always connect to my 鄰居的 network automatically. I didn't realize that until one day I found there was an unknown PC showed up in my laptops network neighborhood. I opened it and found my neighborhood's pics so I know my laptop connected to theirs. How can I set up my network so that my laptop identify my network first? Any suggestions will be gretly appreciate.
