求救！！！

我的計算機突然上不了網了，發現ip地址被固定在192.168.100.10,Gateway:192.168.100.1這是什麽原因啊？電纜是好的、網卡是好的、網絡服務也是正常的，（用別人計算機試過都正常），無論如何renew、重起、包括網絡設備重起都不起作用！！哪位大俠支個招！！多謝了！
