OK you need a winxp startup disk. if you can't find
someone close to you who let you create bootable
disk you can come to my site i will put one there.
ntfs needs xp startup disk to access.

This is the last thing you need to check.

It's hassle to make a win2k bootable disk.
The disks I'm using more are win98 and winxp's
