請求幫忙

我的電腦在開機後出現這樣一個 Warning:

" Failed to fine tablet and is unable to run recognition system; please check if the tablet is correctly installed, if the pen of the tablet work like mouse and still dosen't work, please contact your local agent."

我不明白它的意思,是否一定要去找 local agent, 有沒有辦法自己解決, 這個 tablet 是指什麽;the pen of the tablet work like mouse是指什麽.請求大俠幫忙,請給予一些指導謝謝.
