關於format hard drive 的問題

Operating System = Win XP Prp.

我進到dos, type - format c:
然後 出現 Warning, all datas on non-removable disk will be loar, Y/N
我就 proceed "Y",
然後 出現 Format Cannot Run Because The Volume Is In Used By Other Process.

那我該怎麽做??
