我的電腦不能Start, 當重新開啟時，會出現如下文字，Error LoadingC:\Documen & Setting~1\administrator~1\Locals~1\temp\NeeA4.tmp. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. 然後，電腦就不再繼續運行。請問如何解決，才能重新啟動電腦。
