You need setup "Port Forwording & Port Trigering" in NetGear settings.
Before you setup that, you need reserve a static IP address in "LAN IP Setup" for each computer installed BT. I don't know which BT you are using now. For me, I setup two ports for each computer, such as 6881 and 6968 for x.x.x.7 and 6882 and 6969 for x.x.x.8.
