我的電腦也是英文版本的, 你可以start->settings->control pannel->regional options->input locales->add->chinese(PRC), your keyboard outlay will has chinese input style. everytime when you want to read or type chinese, you just need to use ctrl+space or shift+alt, it will pop out window's chinese input system. if you just want to read chinese on browse. you can just view ->encoding->chinese.
