1.Maybe it is a little bit harder for me to try BSOD by following the paper you mentioned, Is there any other way to do it, for I am not good at the computer skills.
2. My computer is totally crashed when I unload the SP2 and I can not uninstall the Download Accelerator.
Anyway, I really appreciate your help
