Change to "automatically obtain IP" on your computer, and then connect to the router. in IE, go to http://192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254, depends on your router settings, sometimes this default address is on the back of your router, then you get the router configration page. It's so called online configuration. You can do this with any computer connected to the router. Also, you can set up password to restrict the access to the router configuration page.
