怎樣讓BT不暴露你的IP

最近BT查的很緊， 我的ISP轉給我一封警告信， 列出了我最近用BT下載的一部電影的名字。我想他們是通過我連接種子時的ip找到的， 有沒有辦法讓BT不暴露你的IP。
