Ok, Let us stop this discussion and move forward. I never visit ctvro.com. you should know that sat which can be recived in china has different system as North America, which need different files.
And North America working file's link "http://www.al7bar.ca/forums/index.php" downloads --> dvb pci card.
You english is pretty good, So you should about to read it.
