absolutely free if you watch free to air channels.
be careful with monsters like dish networks/directv, they will sue you and ask you for over $100,000. putting anything even remotely related to pirating their programs will trigger their nerve, they will be after you. anyway, good luck, comrades, you are not alone:-)
