緊急求救硬盤格式化後重啟卻顯示“disk read erro

DELL dimension，用光盤啟動重裝WINDOWS 2000，FORMAT AND PARTITION 過程很好，但是安裝完畢重新啟動卻總是顯示

”a disk read error occured

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart“

如何解決？多謝！！！！！！
