不能在windows 窗口裏麵打中文！！----急

隻能在yahoo,qq 裏麵打，按shift鍵沒有什麽反應,雖然任務欄上麵是 “中”， 但是打出來的都是英文。這是怎麽回事？重新啟動也不行
