I had got rid of this thing, what you need to do is very simple.
1.run your task manager and then check some process' name like %ass%.exe, do not kill it now, write down its name.
2. use your XP search for the file name, note this file is a hidden file, so you have to specify search on hidden files.
3. now you can kill the process via task manager and delete the file.
4. run regeidt, go to local machine and software directory, delete the registry for the 180assist
5. restart your computer. DONE!
