you have two option there:
1,use local system account,this realy ease your administration.
2. for security reason, you may need use domain user account, if the computer is part of domain. if not part of domain, use local user account instead. If you use a domain account, normally you do is , make a normal user account other than domain admin account to start or shutdown the sql server and sql agent service.
