Uninstall Multip Operating Sys

Hi all, I got a Laptop which ran an illegal Chinese WinXp. After I did the updates, it stopped running saying it's a invalid key stuff (i didn't know the illegal copy can't be updated beforehand). Then I run a Win98 to boot it and reinstalled a new English WinXp (it's not bootable). Now I got three systems in my comptuer, English WinXp, a Crashed Chinese WinXp, and a Win98. When I start the computer, the system asks me to select among the three sytems. What i want to do now is to uninstall the Chinese WinXp and Win98. Can anybody tell me how I could do that?
