Can you boot into command mode

If you still have another Working Windows installed, boot into that Windows. You can try to change the setting in control panel/System. (depends on your Windows Version).

If you don't have one bootable Windows, try press F8 (or F6) at boot up time, and boot into command line.

Then modify the boot.ini, and point to another boot section. (Best way is copy boot.ini over).

If that is protected, you will need to ATTRIB.EXE -R -S -H c:\boot.ini.
