Not very good. You always get minimised items on taskbar on every virtual desktop. It is far weaker than the virtual desktop/workspace manager on Linux/UNIX.

There are several other similiar software/programs available on the internet, like Multidesk, Deskwin, XDesk, etc. Some are free, some cost money. Just google them out and try them yourself.
