Start -> control panel -> regional and language options -> advanced -> language for non-unicode programs -> drop down menu choose China and below it "code page conversin tables" choose "Simplified Chiness" it will pop up a window ask to insert XP cd if you don't have it already installed. After installed, apply the change.
