裝WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL遇到問題如下

重新啟動後出現:
請選擇需要啟動的操作係統
MICROSOFT　ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＸＰＨＯＭＥ　ＥＤＩＴＩＯＮ
ＭＩＣＲＯＳＯＦＴＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＲＥＣＯＶＥＲＹＣＯＮＳＯＬＥ
ＭＩＣＲＯＳＯＦＴＷＩＮＤＯＷＳXPPROFESSIONALＳＥＴＵＰ
然後我選擇第三個，進入之後不久就出現

我的電腦是ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ　ＸＰ　ＨＯＭＥ　ＥＤＩＴＩＯＮ，然後Ｃ盤是ＮＴＦＳ，Ｄ盤是備份盤是ＦＡＴ３２，裏麵全部是係統恢複文件．我已經把Ｄ盤複製到Ｃ盤了，Ｄ盤可以格式化，但是Ｃ盤不能格式化，我可以格式化Ｄ盤嗎，如果有必要的話？？

請教大俠我該怎麽辦啊？？謝謝了．
