what kind of cell phone servic

I have three company to choose, don't tell me I still can use AT&T, Cingular, or Print, they sucks and dead.

1. Verizonwireless
2. T-Mobile
3. US cellular

Among these three, I think Verizon is too expensive for me. But I am not sure about TMobile or UsCelluar,
Which one you think is better?
