1> the RAM has been not enought, so try to increase the RAM. (computer too old, too much garbage on the hard drive) or format the hard drive and reinstall the windows. Get rid of the garbage software and only keep the software tose you really need. Or, try to free some space from the hard drive dy deleting or uninstall some software.
