發現病毒卻無法 CLEANED OR QUARANTINED

PC-cillin在_RESTORE\TEMP裏檢測到6個CPY文件分別有TROJ_SPOONER.A和VBS_INOR.N病毒,但無法CLEANED OR QUARANTINED.請教該怎末辦?有沒有更好的殺這種病毒的軟件?
