我的筆記本光驅隻讀DVD不讀CD,如何解決？

各位高手，我的東芝1800本本光驅現在隻讀DVD,不讀光驅，我查了資料好像是COMBO光驅有2個光頭，讀CD的那個壞了。 我現在要重裝係統，能不能把原廠附帶的恢複光盤刻成DVD然後重裝。問題是我不知道怎樣把數據光盤刻成DVD並且能成功重裝係統，各位有何高見？ 謝了！
