update host my own website

Thanks for everybody who discuss how to host my own website earlier in march. Here is the update:
I bought the domain name for $9.99/year, odered the comcast cable($45/month), the cable IP is static.
Everything is working fine.

If you are the expert, here are some new question to you: can I host more than one website
on the same computer using the same IP address? I use window 2003 server enterprice.

Can I host my own email system, like [e-mail]?
What software or hardware should I buy?
