start > run >

copy and paste this line in
notepad %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

OK

copy and paste these line in the file

127.0.0.1 m2.doubleclick.net
127.0.0.1 m3.doubleclick.net
127.0.0.1 adserver.wenxuecity.com
127.0.0.1 spe.atdmt.com
127.0.0.1 video.tacool.com
127.0.0.1 a248.e.akamai.net
127.0.0.1 network.realmedia.com

File > save

close IE window.
start > run > com > OK
in dos window type "ipconfig /flushdns" w/o quotes.
now lauch IE and go to wxc to see the difference.
