用xp自帶的Disk Management

Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management->Storage->Disk Management
Now you should see all your HDD partitions on the right side of the window. Right-click partition d: and choose "Delete Partition...". After that you will get a unpartitioned disk space. Right-click on that and choose "Create Partition". Now you have the choice to create multiple partitions and file system (FAT32 or NTFS). Follow the manual and should be straight forward. Good luck!
