求救!我怎麽也remove不了office2000

安裝的最後一步不止為什麽完成不了,take forever,於是我就想卸掉從裝,但從control panel remove,卻說是要先完成安裝才行("error 1500. another installation is progress. you must complete that installation before continuing this one").於是又繼續安裝,又繼續定在最後一步:finishing (or comleting ) office 2000 setup. 有高手知道是怎麽會是麽? 謝謝!
