菜鳥又有新問題，printer settings greyed out in Remote Desktop Connection

我從家裏遠程登錄，在公司的電腦上工作，今天遇到問題，說是家裏的打印機，可能要 “ change the port assignment from the windows printer settings” or “ reinstall the printer driver software”

我試著從裝了driver，不管用，去改settings，發現greyed out了，根本不讓改

怎麽辦！怎麽辦？在線急等....
