換了一家Cable公司後，測網速快了，但是看油管卻常常卡頓

原來是Comcast，那時測下載速度30多，現在是RCN，測下載速度50+，但是看油管上的中文視頻，例如聲入人心之類的卻常常卡頓，原來是沒有的。

這是什麽原因？
